Undo a mistake

By the endYou can tell Claude to undo its last change, or take the whole project back to the last backup, and you have done both once.

Claude will make changes you don't like, and sometimes changes that break the app. That is normal. Because of backups, none of it is permanent. There are three sizes of undo. Learn them now, while nothing is at stake.

Size 1: undo the last change

The smallest undo. Claude reverses what it just did.

Use it when one change went wrong and everything before it was fine.

Size 2: go back to the last backup

Everything since the last backup is thrown away, and the project is exactly as it was then. Use it when several changes went wrong, or when the app is broken and you don't know where.

Size 3: go back to an older backup

Each backup has a note and a time. Ask for the list, pick one, and go back to it.

Then: "Go back to the one from [time or note]."

Practice: break it, then fix it

Your first screen is backed up from step 4, so this is safe.

Look at the phone: shouting names, red title. Now:

The phone goes back to normal by itself. If it doesn't, shake the phone to open Expo Go's developer menu, then tap Reload.
