Part 18 Full guide
After launch
Run your app as a living thing: answer every bug report, ship small updates often and safely, listen to your first users, tell more people, and keep the monthly costs in sight.
The app is in the stores. From here on the work changes shape: less building, more listening, fixing, and small steady improvement. The habits from Part 7 (work safely) are the ones that matter now, because every change reaches real people, and the owner page from Part 14 (owner dashboard) is where most of your day starts.
Five steps, and they repeat for as long as the app lives. Bug reports and the reply every reporter gets. Updates: small ones every few days as instant updates, bigger ones as builds through the stores, never from an old copy. Listening: reviews, reports and support mail turned into one to-do list you actually choose from. Telling people, by hand and with the stores' own badges and links. And costs: one page of meters, read once a month, with a safety stop before any bill surprises you.
The last step ends the guide. It says what you have done, which is more than most people who start, and how to keep going the way you have been: one feature at a time, checked on your own phone, locked when it works, with a fresh conversation and a handoff note whenever one gets long.
